IAB developed models to help in better understanding what drives customer satisfaction and one of the key drives is quality of service. From top management and throughout the organization quality safety and training are paramount, this commitment has created a corporate culture where effective programs are tailored to customer's needs.
 
To maintain the quality system IAB trained middle managers and other employees to be internal auditors. Our auditors conduct assessments to ensure that quality systems remain in place. Reliability and consistency is our objective to ensure that our promised levels of services are delivered every time as well as failure being recognized corrected and monitored.
